Tip #1: Switching Between E-mail Accounts
you can press the Message key to toggle between their various E-mail accounts while in an account. If they press the Message key while on the Main screen, it will take them to the Message Chooser.
Tip #2: Wi-Fi
you can turn their Wi-Fi on and off easily by using the Wireless Manager. Go to Start > Settings and select the Connections tab, then Wireless Manager. They can also manage Bluetooth® and telephone connectivity here as well.
Tip #3: Shortcut Menu
Have you go to Setting > FN Key Settings > Show List for a listing of all keyboard-driven shortcuts. All involve pressing the Fn key plus another key.
Tip #4: Navigating Through Screens
Press ok to return to the previous screen.
Tip #5: Activating Voice Command
Have you go to Start > Settings > Voice Command and check Enable to turn on the Voice Command feature. Once enabled, press and hold the MEdiaâ„¢ Net key to activate Voice Command.
Tip #6: Video Share Access
Video Share is accessed under the Camera menu. If your customer is on a call with someone that also has Video Share, your customer will see the options to activate Video Share on the display screen.
Tip #7: Changing Mouse Pad Function
From the Home screen, hold both the Fn + N keys down at the same time to change the mouse pad function between optical mouse and four-way navigation.
Tip #8: Viewing Documents
you can view documents with the following extensions on their Epixâ„¢: .docx, .dotx, .rtf, and .txt.
Tip #9: LED Colors on Display
The LED indicator on the handset is set up to default as follows:
Green = Fully Charged
Yellow = Wi-Fi
Red = Charging
Blue = Bluetooth®
Tip #10: Changing Font Size
You can easily increase the font size on their display. From the Today screen, choose Start > Settings and then highlight the System tab. Select Screen, and then highlight the Text Size tab. Scroll the cursor towards Largest to increase the font size.
Tip #11: Accessing AT&T Navigator
To activate AT&T Navigator, from the Today screen, go to Start > Programs > AT&T GPS > Get AT&T Navigator.
Tip #12: Adjusting Finger Mouse Speed
To adjust the Finger Mouse speed, press Start > Settings > System tab > Finger Mouse. Adjust the slider bar under Mouse speed, then click ok.
