Press the left soft key for More
Select My Stuff
If needed, select My Documents
Select My Videos (2)
Highlight the desired Video, using the navigation key
Press the right soft key for Menu
Select Send (1) then choose a method from the following

1) Via Multimedia Msg
2) Via E-Mail
3) Via Bluetooth

Tip: The Message Cc: and Bcc: fields are above the To: field
