for address book contacts follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode,
   press the right soft key for Menu
2. Select Address Book (8)
3. Select Speed Dial List (4)
4. Highlight, using the
   navigation keys, the unassigned speed dial number key to assign
5. Press left soft key
   for Options
6. Select Add (1)
7. Select either Contact (1) or FDN Contact (2)
8. Highlight the desired contact, using the navigation keys
9. Press the OK
   key to assign the speed dial number to the contact, if prompted, highlight
   the specific phone number then press the OK
   key to assign the speed dial number

Note: Speed
dial memory location 1 is reserved for your voice mail server number and cannot
be changed

To delete speed dial numbers follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode,
   press the right soft key for Menu
2. Select Address Book (8)
3. Select Speed Dial List (4)
4. Highlight the speed dial number key to delete, using the
   navigation keys
5. Press left soft key
   for Options
6. Select Remove (3)
7. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm the deletion of the speed
   dial number
