keep privacy?-lock the samsung a177 applications

In order to protect your privacy when using samsung at & t a177, do you know how to lock your device? Ok, let me help you. A feature of samsung at & t a177 called Application Lock can restrict access to phone application menus, except the My Menu shorcuts. If you have locked the applications, you must enter the correct lock code to access the associated menus..To enable or disable the Application Lock setting follow the steps below:
- From the standby screen, press the right soft key of Menu
- Select Settings (9)
- Select Phone (4)
- Select Security (5)
- Select Lock Applications (4)
- Highlight each of the following Applications, using the navigation keys
- All
- Messaging
- Recent Calls
- Audio
- Graphics
- Addresss Book
- Press the OK key to Check each of the desired boxes
- Press the left soft key to Save the Application Lock settings
- Enter the Application Lock password, using the keypad
- If prompted, confirm the Application Lock password, using the keypad
- Press the left soft key of OK to enable or disable the Application Lock setting
