You can choose to Restore Phone, when you try to Reset your att solstice, restore means all settings are reset to the factory defaults,all user data is permanently deleted.

Before you want to reset,/soft reset,/hard reset, or restore your solstice, please remove microSD memory card first, because using the restore phone option on att samsung solstice would erase data on the MicroSD card too.

To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:

1.From the standby screen, press Menu
2.Press Settings
3.Press Phone
4.Press Reset Phone
5.Press Yes to Reset the handset’s settings to the factory defaults
6.Enter the Password then press on OK (Default is last 4 digits of the phone number
