1. Download purpose USB Driver install
In order to SW upgrade prepare,
install the Flashing USB driver to the connected PC USB port.
1) Disconnect USB cable from the phone
2) Power off the phone(Remove Battery)
3) Connect USB cable to the phone
4) Install Flashing USB driver
In case of Windows, Found new hardware wizard will appear when device is connected
to USB port( after running Setup.exe)
Click next and then click Continue Anyway for Windows

1) Power on the phone
2) Connect USB cable to the phone
3) Select “PC suiteâ€,
when USB connection mode pop-up appears in the mobile
4) wait 10 seconds.
3. Problem with communication between cell phone and PCYou can do phone software upgrade.
> Found new hardware wizard (Flash Loader utility ) will appear while upgrading software.

Click Finish to complete installation.
> Please disconnect the cable from your cell phone ->Remove battery.
Next : Click Retry Button -> Connect the cable from your cell phone.
> Disconnect the cable from your cell phone -> Connect the battery -> Phone Power on
