Synchronization is handled with different applications for Windows Vista and Windows XP or earlier, so please check which operating system your PC is running and choose the appropriate option listed below:

PCs Running Windows Vista

If your PC is running Windows Vista, your synchronization settings will be managed through the Windows Mobile Device Center.

PCs Running Windows XP or earlier

If your PC is running Windows XP, or earlier, your synchronization settings will be managed through Microsoft ActiveSync.

After installing, connect the handset to the PC using the supplied USB data cable
Setup a partnership including Files
In ActiveSync’s main window, click on Explore
Navigate to the folder where the image(s) are located
Select the desired image(s) – Hint: Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple images
Pull down the Edit Menu and select Copy (Ctrl C)
In a separate Explorer window, navigate to the desired destination folder for the image(s)
Pull down the Edit Menu and select Paste (Ctrl V)
Now it is safe to disconnect the USB data cable from both the handset and PC
